Every year, friends of Thornden Park volunteer hundreds of hours to maintain and beautify the park and provide the programming and activities that make Thornden Park the jewel of the east side.

There are many ways you can get involved from keeping the planting beds colorful and weed free, building new walking trails, and clearing brick paths, to helping at the annual Chili Bowl Festival, booth-sitting at the Westcott Street Cultural Fair, and much more!
