The Thornden Park Exercise Class

Hello, neighbors!

A free, 30-minute exercise class focusing on functional strength meets each Monday and Thursday at 5:00 p.m. at the Thornden Park Carriage House. The class is taught by Dale Avers, Thornden Park Association board member and Upstate University physical therapist with many years of experience in community exercise programs.
